Shipping & Return Policy
We offer a full 30 day (from date of order shipment) return and exchange policy. Please email our customer service department at [email protected], or contact us toll free at 1-866-515-2717 to request an authorization code for the return or exchange of merchandise. Please have your sales order number information when you contact us.
Return shipping costs are not reimbursed for simple refund and exchange requests. Return shipping fees will be billed to the original transaction payment method when Ledo processed, returned item(s) in exchange for a different requested item(s).
Returns received without authorization may be subject to a return back to the sender, or a 20% restock fee at the manager's discretion. Returns and exchanges are only valid on product that remains in new showroom condition upon the return request. Our leather cases are a natural and organic product, so minor marks and natural occurring imperfections are normal and will be considered when inspecting the return goods. It is important to inform us, however, about any issues with the goods upon first receipt of the items. Upon inspection, if the return item is deemed as having been worn or scratched from trial use, a refund may not be approved. We give a full 30 day grace period for you to decide on keeping or returning the item, but even a few days of use could damage the case itself, so please try the case with care as to its condition if it needs to be returned. All original packaging and accessories need to be returned along with the item(s) being returned (unless previously approved by customer service), or a 20% restock fee deduction from the refund may also be accessed.
Personalized cases are final sale items, and cannot be returned for refund, or exchange.
Ledo reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
USPS and FedEx will leave your package at your doorstep if no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. First, check with your household members and neighbors. If no one brought in your package, contact the carrier with your tracking info. Any package left at your doorstep is your responsibility. LEdo Case is not responsible for any package which is lost or stolen after being delivered by FedEx or USPS. No order will be reshipped if FedEx or USPS has updated your package information as "delivered."
Shipping within the U.S.
First Class Mail shipping delivery time is generally between 3 to 9 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on the distance between the two regions. This method includes a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number. The Delivery Confirmation Number will be emailed to you once your shipment has been completed.
FREE SHIPPING: Ledo Case automatically offers free post office ground shipping for all U.S. orders (shipped to a U.S. address) over $50.
The cut-off time for same day shipping on Fed Ex Express, 2nd Day, and Overnight (weekends do not count as a shipping day) services on (in stock) orders is 2:00pm PST. The cut-off time for same day shipping on Postal Service Priority Mail (in stock) orders is 12:00pm PST.
Ledo Case offers a special flat-rate international shipping cost of $12.99 for 51 countries. The countries included for this $12.99 rate are listed below. For the countries excluded from the special international flat rate, shipping charges will be assessed based on each destination country. IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES
International shipping costs do not include any possible import taxes or customs fees. The recipient is responsible for payment of any duties or taxes incurred. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Due to the additional processing efforts and care involved in fulfilling international orders, processing time occurs within 1 to 3 days after the order is received at Ledo Case. If you place an order with multiple items and one of those items is on backorder, Ledo Case will hold the order until all items are available to save you additional shipping costs. If you do not wish to wait, please place separate orders.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE
All prices listed for shipping are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will automatically calculate the currency exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
